The one-day national conference on “Climate Change and the Risk of Glacier Lake Outburst Flood (GLOF) in the Mountainous Areas of Pakistan” was held at the KIU Ghizer Campus. The event brought together experts, researchers, and policymakers to discuss the pressing issue of GLOFs, which pose significant threats to communities in Pakistan’s mountainous regions.
